In-person and home options
Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy and in-home services.
Matt provides care for Part B Medicare - he does outpatient services in the home. KerryAnn provides outpatient services in the Unity Health Clinic. KerryAnn will do home visits as needed for an added fee. Request more information on this service.
